JourniTools is a small, independent project built by international travelers for international travelers. Many of the tools and guides on this site exist because someone — often us, often a reader — ran into a real problem on the road: a surprise ATM fee, a restaurant that couldn’t handle a gluten allergy, a phone that wouldn’t connect on landing, a public holiday that closed every shop on day one. We genuinely welcome your messages, especially if you’ve hit something we haven’t covered yet.
We typically respond within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. Email is currently in English only.
What you can write about:
- General questions — about our tools, guides, or how to use a specific feature.
- Feedback & corrections — wrong tipping percentage, outdated voltage info, a city we’re missing.
- Bug reports — anything broken, slow, or confusing. A screenshot helps.
- Partnerships — editorial collaborations, sponsorships, and affiliate inquiries.
- Your travel stories — we especially love hearing how one of our tips resolved a real issue on your trip, or a frustration you wish had been better resolved. These stories often shape what we build next.
